My first half marathon. I also feel in love with running since last year. To take into account, ive been running for 12 months already. I was badly in shaped before and now I lossed like 25 kilos already. I am happy with what i have achieve!

Stay tune for my running updates as i am going to spread the news on how effective running is to loss weight. Being healthy is one of the requirement to travel and running turns out to be a good one. Of course, there are a lot of factors to consider on becoming healthy. Just keep motivated! ;) sometimes running and travel goes together. I have ran in different places already and that makes my travelling more fun and exciting. You run and get to see the beautiful places in just an hour or two, yet spending less. One good way to get a glimpse of the area/spot you wanna explore.
